hosting fees include
all the basic administrative tasks like
setting up email addresses, ftp accounts,
mysql databases, etc, within reason.
also, the disk quota is fairly flexible. what i've
done is pay for a really nice developer hosting plan upstream
for myself (with 1and1.com) to host my own projects. i'm offsetting
the costs of this by providing this service mostly to friends and family
(and you).
i probably won't sign a contract with you (the need hasn't arisen yet),
but i can provide receipts or whatever
if you need them for business reasons.
